Shipping methods and Delivery times

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:

The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time = The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. We usually require 0-2 business days to process an order. After receiving your payment, we will do some quality tests on our products, package them, and then ship them to your address.

Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you. Our massager usually takes 2-5 working days, such as slimming belts, massage guns, and our massage chairs take 5-10 working days.

Note: Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and any other events beyond our direct control, such as public holidays and customs issues.

Our warehouse is in CA, United States.
We deliver your products straight to your doorstep by local courier (like DHL/Fedex/UPS/USPS), as long as someone is there to receive the delivery.
You get to choose your delivery date and time slot when checking out, so you won't have to worry about misseddeliveries.
We’re able to fulfill your selected date & time 99% of the time.
On the rare occasion that we cannot,we’ll do our best to give you a call at least 1 working day in advance to notify you about the change.

Separate shipment

Due to the big volume and weight,some chairs are delivered in two or three boxes. One contains the main unit and one contains the armrests or footrest.
Please contact us if you do not receive all boxes.Be aware that sometimes the boxes are delivered separately.If you have received only one box the second should arrive the following day.
Accessories will be delivered by together.

We want you to love your chair! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we want to work with you to make things right. But before considering a return, don't forget that all our chairs are covered by our one-year warranty. Refund³
  • Refunds will be initiated within 30 days after receiving and inspection of the return goods
  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase of the returned goods

Do note that the risk of loss of any returns are borne by the consumer once the product to be returned has been passed to the courier. You are responsible that your returns are properly packed and shipped back to us.

Any filing of claims for damages with carriers must be done at the consumer's discretion and responsibility.

All returns and refunds decisions by Rilassa shall be final.

  • You may cancel an order at any time ONLY IF your order has yet to be shipped (tracking details yet to be made available).

  • The product's packaging must not be damaged as the original packaging, in proper condition, is required. For Category A returns, items must be unused and unassembled. If a seal was present, it must not have been tampered with.

  • You are responsible for the product's return shipping and costs. All goods to be returned must be marked as "Returned Goods".

  • Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
