    In order to better provide good long-term after-sales service to our respected customers, as an original manufacturer, we are now launching an extended warranty service for our B-M and B-L1 zero gravity massage chairs. The basic contents of the extended warranty service description are as follows:

     

    Payment terms

     

    Valid time and price range of extended warranty:

     

    1 year---free warranty guarantee from the purchase date

    2 years ---pay an extra fee and then you can get one more year extended warranty (Based on 1-year warranty extending to 2 years)

    B-L1 Ugears massage chair: $99.99

    B-M series Ugears massage chair: $54.99

     

    How to pay

     

    Customers can pay through our official website: rilassamassage.com for this extra service. Once paid successfully, please send us the massage chair purchase order number and extended warranty order number with a screenshot and we will make a record when you contact our support center for any after-sales questions next time.

     

    Note: We suggest our customer purchase the 2 years extended warranty during the time purchasing the massage chair.

    Quality issue

    Within warranty guarantee, if our Ugears massage chair is with any quality issue, we would like to provide our customers with below service solutions:

    Small issue:

    If the accessories or parts(such as remote control, power cord, computer board, etc) are broken or damaged, we can arrange the reshipment of these parts to customers. No extra shipping fee for the parts.

    Big issue:

    1. File a claim online or by phone 24/7. We have a local professional team to repair the massage chair.
    2. If we can't repair it, we'll return to replace it or reimburse the purchase price with an Amazon gift card or original payment method once returned.

     

    Customer issue

    1. If the customer dissatisfies the massage chair due to personal reasons(color 、 size 、texture), then we welcome the customer to contact us with a reason as soon as possible, we are willing to help the customer with solutions.
    2. The customer should check the overall massage chair status before opening the massage chair. If any scratches/surface damages or some other problems happen, please also contact us for solutions.

     

    Circumstances not covered by the extended warranty service

     

    The Safety and Maintenance Matters terms of the extended warranty service are based on the original manual instruction. At the same time, the following situations are not included in the scope of the extended warranty:

    1. The users cannot disassemble the massage products without the permission of the merchant. If disassembled privately, the user himself will be responsible for it and the extended warranty service will be terminated.

    2. If the user's personal reasons or other external reasons (such as pets, children, etc.) cause the surface of massage chair damaged, Internal water ingress, generally the user will bear the responsibility and the extended warranty service will be terminated.

    3. Irresistible factors such as natural disasters (like fires, droughts, earthquakes, wind disasters, heavy snow, landslides, etc.) or social phenomena (like wars, turmoil, etc.) cause product damage before delivery to the customer, we will be responsible for that once confirmed the issue, If the massage chair was damaged after receiving the massage according to Irresistible factors or social phenomenon, then we feel so sorry that we shall not bear it,

    If customers need to return the massage chair to our company, please contact us by email or call us at the number below including the following information:

    3. The reason you want to return the extended warranty
    4. Warranty order number and our purchase order number
    5. The date you purchased the extended warranty
    6. Try to save the original packaging

     

    Note: Protection Plan is valid for Ugears massage chair with no pre-existing damage. If the customer buys the extended warranty service within 1-year warranty of purchase date, then if any return happens, then we will full refund the extended service fee to the customer. 3-5 working days refund for payment using PayPal, refund within 7-14 working days for credit card payment. If a return exists after the warranty time, then this warranty fee will not be refunded. We will refund the fee to your original account.

    1. After purchasing the extended warranty, how long will I get the document?

    Your paper version of the extended warranty service certificate will be shipped in 5-8 working days. If you don’t receive it, send an email to support@rilassamassage.com with your warranty order number and we will help you send an electronic version of the extended warranty service certificate.

     

    1. How do I contact the support center if I meet any quality issue of a massage chair?

    Customers can contact the support center via the email address: support@rilassamassage.com and we will make a record in our system. Our professional customer team will respond within 24 hours.

     

    1. How to calculate the 2 years extended warranty?

    A 2-year extended warranty means extending your 1-year standard warranty to a 2-year warranty.

    1. If I return the massage chair within 1 year or more than 1 year, what about the extended warranty fee?

    If you have returned the massage chair within 1 year, the extended warranty fee will also be reimbursed to your original payment method. If it is more than 1 year of warranty, then this fee will not be refunded. Thank you for your inquiry.

     

    1. If my manual instruction or extended warranty is missing, can I get a new one?
